Wow. I have looked high and low for GF-aware Korean food and this is one of two places in the entire Seattle metro area that I've found that can accommodate us GFs. My boyfriend took me here for a surprise - we sat down, I looked at the menu heartbroken realizing it was Korean and assuming I wouldn't be able to eat much. He asked the server for Chef's Choice, celiac safe, and the server did not bat an eyelash. He brought out serving after serving, letting us know exactly what what celiac safe (almost everything) and what wasn't. I am SO delighted. We had a lovely dining experience. Great service, delicious food, and a warm welcome with cuisine that is GF-ers don't usually get to enjoy.
