Great place for a quick bite. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Great gluten free crust, wonderful sauce. Pizzas are baked in same oven as non-GF pizzas but on a clean pan and staff take precautions.

Incredible food! Huge portions! Definitely not disappointed! Our server, Tina, was so sweet and made us feel like family. Our whole office staff are in the ADK region for a work event and were highly impressed with this place. My gluten eating coworkers absolutely loved their pizzas, and my GF one was one of the best I’ve ever had. Tina explained their cross contact protocols for my safety and she served everyone slices so there was no cross contact at our tables either. Our leftovers taste amazing too!

The only pizza I’ve had in a long time that doesn’t accidentally get contaminated. They made sure they said gluten free and I watched the chef clean the prep station and switch the board they were making pizza on. I was in awe of them and I actually got to enjoy pizza with no issue. And it tasted like normal pizza!!

We ate here twice while in Lake George. What impressed me the most was how careful they are. The second time, exhausted from a long day, we called the order in. I ordered a Marsala Pasta. The person on the phone had me hold, came back on, and explained it could not be a traditional Marsala, walked me through why, and offered options for me, after consulting with the chef. I feel more than confident in their ability to protect people!

Absolutely delicious gluten-free options, esp the pizza! GF pizza crust (rice flour based) was some of the best I’ve ever had and they also have GF pasta. Our server was excellent and super understanding to GF dietary needs.

I really enjoyed the gluten free Pizza I ate here. The crust was thin and crunchy. My husband ate the regular crust pizza and he liked that too. I would recommend this place as safe for other Celiac customers. They also offer gluten free pasta.

Stayed the weekend and ate gf Alfredo pasta the first night and tried the cheese pizza a few days later! Both were amazing!! I asked and they wrap the pizza around the sides in the oven to prevent cross contamination although it’s cooked in the same oven as regular pizzas I was fine! I waited a few days to write this review to make sure! Enjoy!!

Visited this for the first time today. We got a GF Bianca pizza and a GF cheese pizza. I have to say I was impressed. Very close to the scratch GF pizzas I make at home. Crust did not look like pre-made, frozen version most restaurants carry. We will certainly visit again!
