Glacier Ice Cream & Gelato

Owner has gluten issues but don’t know if celiac or not. They said they even have gf cookies and cream made with gf oreos. When we go ,we learned most ice cream is gf just 2 -3 has gluten but they were cookie crumbs on it and all cone pieces were over the gelato and ice creams . When we ask can you give us from un opened box they said they don’t have any in their storage . But they do sanitize the spoon 2 minutes and dip it again with other spoons container in between the different flavors was like a joke. I don’t think they understand how serious gluten issue is so I can say gluten friendly but not celiac friendly.
