Informed of partners allergy and the guy who took our order confirmed with the cooks. Later, heard the manager tell the staff to be sure to change pizza cutters for the GF pizzas. Partner had no issues after.

Their Sante Fe Pizza is quite taste! And No reaction!

We ordered delivery, but called ahead due to the long time since their last review here. Box label indicated “Allergy, GF - Cil.”

We were assured that - as should all stores in the chain - that for G-Free they use a dedicated pan and cleaned utensils. If informed that your condition is Celiac/ medical “allergy or sensitivity” they will take extra care of your order.

This said, remember that they are not a G-Free facility. That said, the Brookfield store, like all other G-Free pizza orders we have gotten from other Glass Nickel stores, is running a great record of service to the medically sensitive.

Make sure to verify the ingredients on the pizza are gluten free. We ordered a gluten free pizza and didn't realize some of the toppings had gluten in them. Not sure why the person didn't say are you sure you want the specific topping with gluten. Have ordered before and not as problems but this experience was disappointing.

Check staff before eating here. It's great when there's a good manager. I've eaten there several times. Pizza is okay nothing to write home about.

i have celiac disease and never got sick with their pizza. nice and fresh made to order. worth the wait (if there is any) pizza comes in one size because the dough is made offsite.

Great choices. Fresh foods. I have had celiac for 10 years and no problems. Great service.

There are some big issues with this place. The management is awful, they take forever to get food out and the website even says not to order the gluten free crust if you have an allergy. I have gluten intollerance (not celiac) and I get symptoms after eating here. When I asked them nicely to try not to cross-contaminate, they looked at me like I was crazy. Eat at your own risk!

So good! Reminds me of the taste of Blaze pizza if you’ve ever had it.

I ordered takeout and had a nice experience. They have unique trays their gf dough goes on in the oven to avoid cross contact. They also confirmed they use different pizza cutters and change their gloves when preparing gf pizzas. The pizza itself was yummy and I’d recommend it to anyone in the celiac community!

The crust is great. The dairy free cheese is okay flavor-wise, but gets nice and melted. You can even request the dairy free cheese on the GF Cheese Bread appetizer for no additional cost!

They have a 10 inch gluten-free crust for pizza. They mentioned without us that they have specific pizza trays for gluten-free orders as well as specific gluten-free pizza cutters. They also mentioned they use the same prep space but can clean that space. Same oven for all the pizzas. We did OK here with the gluten-free pizza.
