Glass Onion

Glass Onion describes itself as “Global Italian.” All of their entrees are GF, as are all of their desserts. They have several delicious sounding pastas that can be prepared gluten free. They are very careful with gluten and take it seriously.

I have dined there many times, over the years. It’s always a lovely meal, with no odious reactions.
