Ordered on Uber eats and the restaurant called to confirm my gluten allergy, but were rude about it as if it was a large inconvenience to them. Did not have a gluten reaction, but did have a bad allergic reaction to either a cross contamination with my nut and/or shellfish allergy. Won’t be eating here in the future.
Yes
A few gluten free choices. They have a GF teriyaki glaze and one GF dressing. They are aware of cross contamination and do their best to avoid it. Ate a chicken thigh teriyaki dish with no problems later. We didn't have the friendliest host person but it all turned out fine.

Glaze is awesome. Food is delicious, all GF food prepped with care. Go!!
I've been to Glaze multiple times and have been really impressed. The owner at this locations wife has Celiac and he went above and beyond assuring me and showing me there was no cross contamination. I didn't get sick and was able to enjoy teriyaki again, it was a win win.

This place is sometimes unpredictable. I had the salmon and white rice twice without issue but got sick this past week after ordering steak and rice also off the GF menu and with specifically expressing my allergy. Called the next day to let them know that they had had a cross contamination at the least and just to have them be aware and was rudely told I was wrong. Which I hate.
