Amazing food. Nearly everything is wood fired. They do wood fire their pizza in the same oven as the wood fired veggies. We sat at the chefs table and got to see the creation of everything which felt extra comforting. Everything (right now) is gluten free besides their house made pasta and pizza. Pizza is done on its own section of the kitchen. We opted for the bacon Brussels sprouts and steak dish which was amazing. No issues. The waitress assured me it was all gluten free and we had an amazing meal. Completely rich and mouth watering.
