My son has celiac disease and this was the first time eating at the pool grill. There was no dedicated GF menu and we had to ask what items could be made as GF. The options are pretty limited which is understandable as this is a pool grill. They have gf bread for the burger and gf tortilla for the turkey bacon wrap. The staff was knowledgeable and understood the importance of limiting cross contamination and changing gloves. He had the burger which they cooked on foil and brought his food out separately. There is no dedicated fryer so the sides are limited to GF chips. He said the burger was good but wished they actually had GF buns instead of gf bread.
