Manager hand delivers all gluten free orders, which is nice. Had the glory burger and season fries and didn't get sick. Food was great but the service was definitely lacking. Waited an hour for our food.
Great burgers!! Very cautious about GF allergy. Manager overseas all GF preparation, I have been told they have a separate kitchen, not sure if true but, burger with buns and onion straws and I didn't get sick.👍🏻👍🏻
They were great great gluten free menu and the service is spectacular!
Great food, lots of options, and they take GF orders seriously.
Lots of gf choices. Staff and managers very knowledgeable. A manager is involved closely with your meal prep. The food was great and I had no reactions.
I have not been able to eat out without getting sick due to cross contamination. Glory Days has changed this. The manager oversees your food being prepared, which they use separate gloves, fryers, cutting boards, etc for. The manager then personally brings your food to you, all to ensure no cross contamination occurs. The gluten free menu is extensive and they have gluten free buns. Such a great experience, this will definitely be my go to place from now on.
Cannot say enough good things about this place. The wings and fries are cooked in separate fryers and couldn't have been better. The manger hand delivered my meal and made sure everything was okay.
I just ate at this restaurant for dinner and it was AMAZING! The manager came over and served me the food (I have celiacs) without a request which was very rare for me and great. At the end of the meal he thanked us for coming and made sure everything was good and prepared well. Also, they have a separate fryer for french fries and a separate area for making burgers, chicken, chicken wings, etc... Overall I would highly recommend this restaurant!
Manager came to the table (without the a request) to check in and answer questions. The staff took everything very seriously. there gluten free buns was great! Very pleased.
I have been here many times and always have a good experience. They have a separate gf fryer for fries and wings. GF buns for an extra $1. Most of their sides are gf. Staff seems well trained about gf.
Their menu is classic American sports bar fare, their staff is trained and knowledgeable, they present a full and separate GF menu, and use a dedicated fryer for their GF menu items. The food was very tasty, restaurant and facilities were clean, and the atmosphere was upbeat but not too loud.
I consistently get delicious gfree food off the large gfree menu here! The staff are extremely accommodating and knowledgeable AND pleasant! They have made errors a few times with carry out, but always make it right if I call and have to throw food away. Highly recommend for celiac people.
Large GF menu! Burger and GF bun were delicious and so were the sweet potato fries.
Great place for the whole family. Our 2 gf granddaughters enjoyed the excellent fries and the gf menu is very impressive with a great variety of gf items. Kids even had gf dessert after their meals and loved it. Highly recommend; staff very helpful.
Very helpful staff and very knowledgeable about gluten allergies. First place I have gotten a gluten free burger which tasted awesome!!!
This place really gets it. Dedicated fryer, knowledgable staff, separate menu. When I mentioned my corn allergy, the manager came to the table to check on everything. He checked every ingredient, and even custom-cooked my order to ensure no corn. I can't adequately describe how much effort he put into my meal. This place goes an extra 10 miles! And the food is good. I'll be back!
Just visited Glory Days for the first time after learning I either have Celiac disease or non Celiac gluten intolerance. I've been in the past but didn't know the health issue I have was gluten related. I haven't been out for quite awhile. Thankfully found some resources such as this one to locate GF restaurant options. The waitress was great and I was very pleased as to the degree they have gone to protect us. I ordered a burger with a Udi's GF bun. The fries were cooked in the designated fryer. The waitress explained all the lengths they go to and I applaud them. No negative reaction so they definitely do what they say. Would recommend for sure.
Staff is always very knowledgable. Every gf experience has been positive. Love that I can order wings!
I love the dedicated gluten free deep frier! I can enjoy the fries without worry. Best of all are the wings! Very tasty with chooses of sauce.
Very tasty burger! would like to see them get a gluten free bun. One bonus they have a menu that lists all gluten free foods and or what to leave off your food to make it gluten free.
I've gone here numerous times and never had an issue. The cedar plank salmon is delish!
They are great about Gluten free my husband and I haven't had any issues there. Everything is so delicious! I disagree with WillWeaver's review. I feel the one on Hull street is wonderful!
Good burgers and gf buns (although they were a little dry). The grilled chicken sandwich was even better than their burgers. They have gf fries! Call ahead as this place is always busy.
It's Glory Days Grill, so they're pretty knowledgeable about GF diets and have the same extensive GF menu. However, this particular location doesn't seem to be quite as good as the West End location, and they probably don't see people on gluten-free diets as often, because I once got a burger on a bun that was not completely thawed out (it doesn't look like they toasted it enough), and another time I got a bun that fell apart. Still, the food is pretty good and the service is fine, so they get four stars from me.
Great, safe experience for our celiac daughter.
Sports bar with a gluten free menu, and staff gluten free training. Recommend the wings and burgers, as well as the sweet potato fries. Dedicated friers and careful preparation in the kitchen has allowed me to never have a problem there. The managers and servers are all very nice and know how to ensure a safe meal. tl;dr - good food, good atmosphere, never had a problem, would visit again.
Great Restaurant! I had the GF Turkey Burger on a GF bun with GF sweet potato fries. all tasted fantastic. My GF meal came out with GF Label and the waitress made sure to state the "GF Turkey Burger" when handing out our meals. she also asked if I had a gluten allergy when I placed my order with a GF bun, they take extra precautions when you say you have a gluten allergy (the waitress noted gluten allergy on the order sheet). felt very safe eating here and will definitely dine here again.
I love this place. It's my go to restaurant when I don't want to worry about getting sick. The waitstaff understands gluten free and they have a large gluten free menu. My family doesn't mind going (at least once a week) since the regular menu has so many good options.
Good burgers and dedicated fryer. It was really nice to eat French fries! And best of all, no celiac reaction. Will definitely go back!
Gluten free fries and buns
They have been fantastic everytime I have been. Have gotten various burgers and fries and various salads without any problems. Highly recommend this location. I can't say the same for other locations but this one is excellent and knows how to do gluten free.
Separate gluten-free menu. Knowledgeable waiter. We had a bison burger, chicken wings, And grilled shrimp all was very good and handled well. will eat there again, no issues afterwards!
Great food with a large gluten-free menu. They have a dedicated fryer for wings, fries, and more. They offer some gluten-free beers and ciders, too. Although the restaurant clearly had safety procedures in place, but when runners brought food to the table, they seemed unsure of what was gluten-free. We had to request the manager to come to the table to confirm that everything had been prepared correctly. But, I'd definitely return.
Glory Days normally does a wonderful job with their GF menu however, this location is really awful. Took forever to get served after we were sat, bugs were literally swarming the little light above our head, flies wouldn't leave our food alone (which eventually made us leave), and the food was bland and made me a bit sick to my tummy later. I'm guessing there was a lot of cross contamination or they possibly didn't even follow the GF procedures. This Glory Days is the closest to us but we won't be visiting this location again.
Wait staff was knowledgeable and accommodating. Menu provided a range of options. There were no vegetarian / seafood options for kids, we requested a grilled cheese on gf hamburger bun for our celiac kids and they were happy to make it for us. Just wish we lived closer, I will visit again when travelling!
Fries are gf, as are the wings. It's nice to eat wings again! My son is a huge fan of the Glory wings. The cheese fries can also be made gf, just ask them to use real bacon instead of the bacon bits! Burgers are good. We eat here quite often and have never gotten sick.
Excellent service. Previously accommodated GF, but now had a new GF menu with a variety of options. Dedicated fryer in a separate area. Salads and burgers are great. Manager very knowledgeable about cross-contamination. I've eaten here several times and always feel great after.
Good options for burgers, fries, and wings, especially for late night. Also Omission beer now.
Great food! Separate GF menu. I had a hamburger with a yummy GF bun and fries from the dedicated fryer. The staff could have been a little more educated but they double checked about cross contamination with management and reassured me my needs would be met. No reaction 24 hours later!
Their gf menu is pretty extensive compared to a lot of places and especially surprising for a sports bar. With that being said I have had serious contamination issues with this location. I make sure to notify the waiter that my order is gluten free and emphasize the need to communicate that with the kitchen. Twice I have eaten off the gf menu and had a severe reaction. I'm not sure if the error is on the water's end or the kitchen but they are not as careful as needed for those of us with a severe allergy. If your gluten intolerance is on the lower side then the risk might not have be as great, or if you're just cutting back on gluten in your diet. If you have an allergy, celiacs, or a high intolerance then I DO NOT recommend taking that chance at all at this restaurant. The only safe options I've found so far that has never given me issues are their salads (without croutons of course). I've ordered them with grilled chicken and so far that's been without issues. They have gluten free bread for their burgers but I haven't tried them so that might be a somewhat safer option. I will unfortunately never eat here again due to the severity of contamination I have experienced.
Love this place! The burgers are great, and the GF buns are really tasty (and they hold together through the whole meal!!!). They will even sell you individual buns to take home for your own use! I can't speak highly enough, and as a celiac, I have not been sick once from their food.
Like the food...not so much the cross contamination. Just finished lunch and my stomach is in so much pain. Regretting eating there so much right now.
