AMAZING. I’m sure as celiacs a lot of people know how difficult it is for a recipe to replicate pastries. But oh my god did this place do it perfectly. The literal only downside is that you can’t buy slices of the cakes, only the entire cake. But genuinely it is so so so worth it.
