The apple pie and bread were really good. The cinnamon rolls were excellent, can't wait to try the white cupcakes and mini pineapple upside down cakes.

I am returning to home baking. Because of COVID-19 affecting my business, I am unable to justify the overhead of a storefront. Orders can be placed on my website where you will find a list of products with pricing. I am in Collinsville and can arrange pick up or delivery and will also ship most items (shipping charges apply).

This was a great find on my drive home from St. Louis! It is a completely dedicated kitchen so no worries about cross contamination; the owner has celiac. Lovely owner and friendly environment. I bought delicious doughnuts, warm banana bread and coffee cake. I was in heaven!

Excellent coffee cake! As good or even better than I remember when I used to be able to eat regular gluten coffee cake. Chocolate donuts are also amazing! Dedicated facility and options for diary free as well!

AMAZING! You owe it to yourself to try the rolls. They are so soft and delicious. I had to remind myself they were gluten free. The same goes for the carrot cake and sugar cookies. Absolutely fabulous.

The owner is a celiac herself and has spent years perfecting her recipes. She has gluten free and keto backed goods which was perfect for our family. It is an exclusively gluten free facility so celiac safe. We tried a couple of things that were all very yummy!
