when it first opened, it was exciting to have a gluten free bakery. but the products are not very tasty. they closed for a bit and when they reopened I tried to give them another chance but the place stunk of chemicals .
i left a review on google and got a nasty response and a lame excuse .
I am a health coach, among other things and I do know how bakery has to operate and what you need to clean the place . I also know toxins and there is no reason for it to smell like a chemical lab.
owner needs to learn how to take criticism and be a little nicer
many people come to me for advise on food places in Nashville, as it’s my job to advise them. hope you change your attitude and understanding toxic exposer and food !
