Review of Gluten Free Goose, A Bakery

Gluten Free Goose is a 100% dedicated GF bakery in Nashville. Both sweet and savory items are baked fresh daily, including sourdough bagettes. Every single item we have enjoyed has been absolutely fantastic! A Celiac’s dream of a bakery, these treats are some of the most delicious I have ever tasted. You cannot tell they are GF. Some favorites: the chocolate layer cake, richly chocolate but not too sweet; slices are huge and perfect for sharing . The scones are beyond yummy, not at all dry! Savory treats are a wonderful way to enjoy as a GF snack or even a meal!! There are so many other items too numerous to list here. The owner is delightful, super friendly and helpful with trying to decide which treats to get each time we go when we visit family in Nashville. We keep trying to talk her into opening another GF Goose in NJ!! 100% recommend this bakery!!
