Gluten Free Things

Everything here is gluten free which is great. I was a little taken back upon arrival as most of the items available were frozen. As mentioned by others it’s not a traditional bakery (which is fine) …but things felt unkept inside and it made me feel sort of uncomfortable as far as cleanliness goes. With that being said, many other people seem to be a fan…it just wasn’t my cup of tea.

Dedicated gluten free so felt totally safe and confident. The chocolate chip cookies are huge and fantastic! The cupcakes were good too. The frosting was amazing, the cake was dense but I think that’s to be expected. I don’t have a lot of experience trying different ones so can’t say how they compare to other gluten free vegan cupcakes. They came packaged individually which is great for keeping free of contamination . Not great for presentation since they are hard to remove. The red velvet were my favorite! The cake on these was a little fluffier than the vanilla and chocolate cakes. They also sell tons of other gluten free vegan things, so I will definitely be back to try more!

Everything is gluten free!!!! A lot of things are alps dairy free too! Workers very knowledgeable, whole kitchen for GF so no cross contamination. Ships across America too!

GF Things has THE best bread! John uses his chemistry background to develop his flour mixes. I always buy my all purpose flour from here because my baking always comes out much better with it.

Not a traditional bakery. There are some individually packaged cookies, cupcakes, and cinnamon buns. The cupcakes were very dense and small. I personally did not like the flavor of the vanilla. The cinnamon buns are also dense and a little tough to chew, even with having warmed it. I have yet to try the waffle/pancake/crêpe mix I bought.

Perhaps your comment of "not a traditional bakery" is placing high expectations on products matching those traditional bakeries you are familiar with. Gluten Free and Vegan products are very specialty items and certainly when it comes to the needs of celiacs and gluten intolerant consumers, we offer the OPTIONS that a traditional bakery does not including the fact that Gluten Free Things is a DEDICATED gluten free bakery. No wheat of any kind is allowed.

As for our popular Waffle and Pancake Mix, let us know if you have any questions. Its such a versatile and great tasting product. You can make pancakes, waffles, crepes and even Italian Pizzelles. An it makes a fantastic breading for onion rings - -and then dredge in bread crumbs.

The sandwich bread reminds me of Udi's old recipe- lots of holes in the bread. Fortunately, there are a lot more options for GF bread these days. I prefer Out of the Breadbox for my GF sandwich bread.

I love this place! I didn’t catch the gentleman’s name who works here, but he’s so nice and informative. This is the best bread and cookies I’ve had! I’m so excited I found this place. I can’t wait to try everything he makes.

I order the gluten-free pizza crusts and hamburger buns all the time from GlutenFreeThings.com The pizza crusts are excellent in taste. Best I've had. I can put my own toppings on it and lunch is ready in 15 mins flat. The hamburger buns have great taste as well, and yummy texture that can't be beat.

I have not had the cupcakes but I love the lemon poppy seed and triple vanilla muffins. GREAT TASTE!

I'm sorry but the food we got here was not good. The cupcakes were lacking flavor except baking soda and the muffin things were dry and not good flavored.

This place is great! I got everything from flour and pizza dough to ravioli. I absolutely loved the Bakery and their muffins. You have got to try this bakery and store.

Awesome little bakery! Tucked in a corner of a shopping center, but its the main attraction! Dedicated GF facility, graham crackers to die for, owner/baker was so helpful! Worth the drive!

The lemon poppy seed muffin bars are to die for. Moist and lemony. The Chocolate Chip Zucchini Muffins are also the best.

I made a gluten free vegan pizza last night and the crust, crisped up like a real pizza dough.

My son loved all the GF stuff we got there (bagels, bread, muffins, gram crackers).
