How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Good

The staff is very knowledgeable, at least the woman who typically answers the phone and seems to manage the place. She knows her stuff. For example, she will walk you through items (they don’t have a GF menu) and let you know that the BBQ pork (ribs or slices) are not GF and they can leave it off the combination fried rice and that way it’s GF for the fried rice. Plenty of options (most of the other fried rice dishes, chicken wings, other appetizers) especially entrees. Not sure they use Tamari but I assume so. Haven’t had an issue in 3 experiences. Had the shrimp with lobster sauce (very good, nice big shrimp), yang zhao (combination) fried rice (without pork to be GF), spicy salty chicken wings (excellent so I assume that means dedicated fryer), and all were great. Will be a go-to restaurant for Oro Valley Chinese food.
