Go Sushi

The owner knew what could/couldn't be in GF sushi. Be sure to ask for her as the younger lady wasn't 100% sure. She said to make sure to ask for the GF crab in a California Roll as their standard imitation crab does contain wheat.

Was pretty good sushi and most importantly I did not get sick.

With that said, we did take out and got home to find they mixed up one part of our order with sushi rolls that contained tempura. It was different rolls than what we ordered and luckily stood out as the wrong stuff. It was in a separate container at least.

We did a large to go order and they were so helpful at helping me adjust every single roll on the party tray to make them gluten free. They sent us home with gluten free soy sauce. The sushi was fresh and delicious. Everyone was beyond pleased. Will be making this a regular stop.

Edited to add: I found tempura flake in my sushi last night and I’m hurting today.
