The waitress was very knowledgeable about which items could be made gluten free. She asked if eating gluten free was a preference for me or a necessity, and after she learned I have celiac disease she assured me that everything I ordered would be prepared separately and in clean pans to ensure there wasn't cross-contamination.
I had the gazpacho, which was really tasty, and the branzino, which was also delicious. The halo halo was the only gluten free desert option and it was amazing!
