Ask for Anna! She is extremely knowledgeable and I think created the GF menu! Her father has celiac so knows alot! Also, if you go for a birthday, they used one of their homemade marshmallows with a candle and gave our daughter (also celiac) a sorbet.
I’d say about 75% of the menu is, or can be, GF by altering the ingredients.
Both of our celiac family members had any problems.
