Korean build your own rice bowls and salad bowls. None of the proteins are gf. I suspect the marinade has gluten. There was a sign that said to request gf tofu. (The regular tofu is not gf!) The gf tofu was lightly fried with no sauce. The only gf sauce was sriracha.
To make the best of this bowl, I suggest getting seaweed as one of your toppings (adds salt & some crunch), kimchi (the brine adds flavor), and add the fried egg for $2 (extra protein and flavor). And get some sriracha packets!
This was fine for a quick lunch stop. I wouldn’t go out of my way to go back.
