Our go to place. We have eaten here many times and my daughter and I have had zero issues. We both have celiac disease and are highly sensitive.

Can't reccomend this place. I ordered vegetable chow mein, and I was given chicken. The replacement meal also had chicken, just less of it. A vegetable fried rice was also ordered, with a few chunks of pork in it. When my spouse asked for gluten free, they were given a blank stare. I'm surprised by all of the positive reviews here.

Great in every way. Great taste, knowledgeable people. Huge selection. Went with beef and broccoli and chicken with mixed vegetables and pork fried rice. And mynon-gf friends ate gf and are ecstatic about the quality and quantity.

Went in first time but there was no need. They had a clear understanding of gluten-free. Gave me a gluten-free marked up menu for home. Delicious and friendly as always!

Unexpensive, delicious, beautiful dishes - and most are available as GF options (made with water chestnut or tapioca flour). The staff was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and concerns before taking our order.

I've been here multiple times and have a great experience every time! The food is tasty and quick to order. They marked up a menu for me, so it makes it easy to order take out

They don't have a gluten free menu online, but when I went in they had a menu marked up with what was gluten free. Most of the appetizers have gluten, and the rest of the menu mostly doesn't. They use lotus flour for the fried dishes like sesame chicken, so those are options of you're willing to risk the cross contamination. The food was what you would expect at a Chinese take out place and I didn't get sick. If it was local, it would make my regular rotation.

It's been difficult to find a Chinese restaurant that has gluten free, but this one does! The food was tasty, presented well, and the service was great. They can make most items on the menu gf, so there are many choices. I'll definitely be back!

I love gold bowl! They have been very accommodating over the years of ordering gluten free. They always take the time to check with the chef if I try something new. I love the house fried rice without the roasted pork and soy sauce. I've tried some other things as well and I seem to do fine with it.

I have been dining at Gold Bowl for a long time because they do not use MSG which I am highly allergic to. I just recently discovered I am sensitive to Gluten which makes Eating Chinese food challenging unless I order steamed chicken, veg and rice. Let's face it that's really boring when everyone else is eating General Tso's. Today when I visited Gold Bowl they were very accommodating to my request for Gluten free meals. I was able to get a chicken and broccoli with white sauce and white "fried" rice. Both were delicious! Highly recommend
