I would like to say that I made a complaint about the food about a week ago and the owner told me to come back so she could make it right and she sure did! The food was delicious!! They were very sorry that it happened. Thank you Gold Bowl!!!

I gave it a chance due to GF menu however I got really glutened, assuming from the cross-contamination. I didn’t realize that items were made in same fryer etc until reading other’s reviews on here— now it all makes sense. Sucks because the food was really yummy! Definitely not good for me as I’m completely intolerant.

I was so happy to find out that my favorite Chinese take-out before being diagnosed had a GF menu available. Unfortunately, there is no separate prep space or fryer, so crosscontamination does happen. If you're very sensitive, don't bother.

I haven’t eaten here but I called to clarify about the GF menu since it’s not available online. The person I spoke with told me they fry all the food in the same fryer, even the supposedly gluten free items. I’d suggest checking that before eating here.

The staff have a separate paper menu that lists the gluten free options and seem very knowledgeable. I ordered the pork fried rice and the general tsaos chicken and it was delicious!!! I have celiac and had no reaction to either food item. I ate a small amount of one and waited a bit and then a small amount of the other and waited before really diving in.

Great food fast service, when back in the area will definitely come back

My husband and I ate there last night after finding it on on this app . This restaurant has a double sided gluten free menu . Very impressive! I am newly diagnosed as Celiac and I had absolutely no side effects from any of the food including today’s lunch leftovers ! I am in heaven to know I can get great tasting Chinese food that is safe for me. The waitress was very nice and easy to speak to as well . She did give me a fortune cookie at the end but said don’t eat just read the fortune 🤣so my husband opened it for me.

I have reviewed the Fitchburg location but felt I should add one for Leominster as well. Not only is Gold Bowl MSG free but very friendly to Gluten allergies. I came in tonight and one of the girls who takes the orders marked up their take out menu to show what can be made GF. They have a large selection of rice, noodles and stir fry dishes to choose from. So good!
