Gold Chopsticks

When I called to see if they could accommodate a gluten allergy, they did say they have gluten-free soy sauce and can make most items, but when I asked if they clean the pots/utensils to prevent cross-contamination, they were very confused and couldn’t answer the question. So it does not appear to be celiac safe.

The staff was knowledgeable about gluten allergy. They have gluten free soy sauce and can make any dish gluten free. Although they don’t have a dedicated kitchen, they cleaned the area before making my dish. Very accommodating! I thoroughly enjoyed my Kung Pao chicken!
