I love visiting this gem on top of Gold Hill. The chef has celiac and makes a special loaf of GF bread if you tell them you’re GF when you call to make a reservation. It’s a 3 or 6-course dinner set in a historic Inn in the Boulder mountains. They always have a steak, fish, and chicken option (and a few more ) for the entree plus appetizer, soup, salad, cheese/fruit tray, and dessert.
