While manager/owner came out to discuss possible menu items, he did not seem knowledgeable about gluten not cross contamination until I explained it to him. He suggested an egg and vegetable dish prepared in a bag and poached. However, when I tested it with my Nima Sensor, it indicated the presence of gluten.He offered to make something else—to his credit—but I declined. I won’t try eating here again!
