The location is great right in the middle of main street. It highly popular and busy during the dinner rush but all is Silverton closes at 8pm so funny expect a late bite.

They have gluten free options in pizza crusts and salads. There oven was partial masked from view but it did look as though they placed the pizzas on the same surface as the non gluten. While I didn't react there is a higher cross contamination risk.

I asked the owner if the ranch for my salad was gfree, she wasn't willing to go look for me. Then she rudely said it'd take her 5 minutes to look, left, and never returned to my table. Made me feel like dirt. Find a place that treats you like a human being, not here.

I did not get information on how they separate the gluten free and the regular in the wood fire oven.

They have a cauliflower pizza crust. And ingredients that are gluten free. The crust was cold in the middle, with many black burnt spots on the bottom.

Waitstaff was nice

They had a gluten free pizza option which was very tasty. Pretty much the only place I found in Silverton with any GF options that aren't salad, especially late at night. I appreciated that. Don't know how careful they are, but it's a premade crust from what I understand, beyond that I'm not sure.

They have Gluten-Free pizza cooked in a wood fired oven, but I was in a hurry and ordered a salad. Excellent Gluten-Free salad was loaded with Pepperoni, Canadian Bacon, Bacon, dried Cranberries, Parmesan cheese and balsamic dressing. Fresh and filling. Sorry I missed the pizza, but the salad was great.

Tough one-- I loved the pizza, but didn't like the irritable tone from the server that day. The hostess said "Yes, we have gluten free options!". Then the server gave me the gloomy "All we have the is gluten free is the pizza...." as though I shouldn't have come. I ordered my salad with no croutons, then found a crouton towards the bottom. I gave it to the kitchen staff to make me a new salad, and she seemed shocked that I'd ask for another salad. Sorry, I'm not picking out a crouton, especially if there could be more. The pizza ended up being fantastic, though. Maybe call ahead to make sure you get the treatment you want.
