Safe and yummy! Dedicated fry fryer is always a blessing and a pleasant surprise! The only time it’s not safe is on Sunday’s when they make donuts, but the oil is changed for the new week on Monday. They have gluten free buns that can be substituted on any sandwich, and many times they will make their “specials” gluten free by design too. Just be sure to communicate severity of cross contamination/your level of comfort. They will toast a gluten free bun on the shared flat top unless you ask for it to be separate.
