Nothing is labeled but server was knowledgeable and most things could be made gluten free. They have labeled GF soy sauce containers for the table. Watch out for sneaky ingredients - our waitress said the sesame seeds and spicy mayo have gluten so certain rolls are not GF without modifications.

Told server about Celiac restrictions. They ended up placing my dinner, one gf maki roll, on a shared platter with gluten containing rolls. They have no clue about cross contamination. Don’t eat here if you are celiac. Not safe.
