ABSOLUTELY UNSAFE. I called ahead and asked all the questions. Where/how is it prepared, etc. and within and hour it was clear I had been glutened. I’m recovering now, but it’s incredibly infuriating to take such precautions and yet they didn’t care.

Before going gluten free a year ago, this was one of our fave restaurants during our visits to the Smoky Mountains. My husband (not gluten free) wanted to stop here and I agreed believing I could only have a salad. I was surprised to learn they do have a small gluten free pizza and it was delicious. Besides the small pizza, the only other item would be the salad but ask to hold the croutons. They do not guarantee cross contamination so those with Celiac's disease should heed warning. If you have others in your party not gluten free, they have some out of the world deserts.
