Good City Brewing

We went to the location in Wauwatosa and they do not have a gluten free fryer. They mark that the fries are GF but that is not correct. In fact, our server went out of her way to tell us that the cooks are “careless” with cross contamination. Unfortunate to hear but grateful for the server’s honesty!

They say they have gluten green but when I asked about the fryers they said that someone messed up and they did not have a dedicated fryer and the item on the menu notated gluten free could not be guaranteed. Do not go.

They have a dedicated GF fryer, and my servers have always been very knowledgeable about the precautions the kitchen takes and have been helpful.

Decent food but kinda pricey, $18 for a burger, that isn't that great. Curry Fries are pretty good though. No Gluten Free Beer on tap though. Safe enough to go with friends, but I wouldn't return on my own.

They have a dedicated fryer and gf buns. Also a gf beer on tap. Food was good.

This is a great local brewery with an excellent reputation. I had avoided coming because they initially did not serve gluten free beer — that has changed, they now serve gf beer from other local breweries and have gluten free buns and good salads - great menu for a brewery.
