Ordered the Mac and cheese and the strawberry cheesecake trifle. Really good food and I felt safe after asking a few questions. I will be back.

Delicious food and lovely ambience! The food was really wonderful, everyone got something different and everyone loved their meals. Almost all vegan as well. Most things are fully gluten free and some have a gluten free option. Desserts were yummy too!

Gluten free options clearly marked and there are many! We had penne and peas in a mushroom sauce and Thai curry- delicious and ample portions. Ambience very pleasant. Main room is open to the kitchen behind the counter- nice seeing all the shining hanging pots. Friendly, knowledgeable server. A touch pricey but it’s Cape May and going there on a little vacay was a fine treat. Wasn’t in the kitchen but with gf items marked and quality of experience felt very safe

Tried this place and loved the food. I have the summer curry and the risotto. Also had the cauliflower soup and the broccoli and cheese soup. Had fresh vegetables as well. Everything was very good and my celiac wife, who is very sensitive, did not have any issue. Staff seem very knowledgeable and made sure the kitchen was aware. They do offer regular bread and pasta as well as GF pasta and bread, so you do have to be careful. Chef was very knowledgeable and is very careful. Overall great food, and seems relatively safe.

There is no cross contamination because there is no wheat flour here. There was one sandwich that offered Seitan. Chickpea flour and almond flour used exclusively.

Very good GF bread for vegan sandwiches. GF cauliflower buffalo bites. Amazing inventive menu. Fish available for your carnivorous friends.

Delicious, fresh food! A small menu, but many gf options, including desserts! I thoroughly enjoyed my hummus sandwich and sweet potato fries! Cash only, but an ATM machine inside.

The staff was very knowledgeable and kind, but after eating there my stomach immediately blew up from bloating and I felt sick. I’m not sure if I was accidentally given something containing gluten but I don’t feel comfortable going back.

We have been coming here every summer for the last five years. Many delicious gluten free options - especially desserts. Our family had the baked cod, organic salmon, seafood risotto and cioppino seafood stew. We had the peanut butter gelato, cantaloupe gelato and the gluten free cheese cake. Owner is super friendly and staff is gluten free aware. Will definitely come back.

5 of us showed up on Friday evening for dinner not knowing we needed reservations but they were very accommodating and got us in within 10 minutes. They were offering a special summer solstice meal with several courses. The whole meal was GF and delicious. Very knowledgeable helpful wait staff. Celiac, vegetarian and vegan friendly. Great experience!

Although the restaurant appears to be new to the gluten free game the waitress was very helpful and friendly. She even told us they are not celiac certified. We I don't even know any where that is! They have a menu with GF marks. So we had dinner. My boyfriend who has celiac ordered salmon with yellow wax beans and felt fine afterwards.

Visited Cape May with the family for the day and found this gem! Delicious, healthy and very g free friendly. The waitress was excellent - responsible, reassuring and made me feel "safe". I had the black lentil vegetable soup and baked sweet potato fries. Wow! So good! Go!!!

Highest possible recommendation from me. Chef Controno creates amazing food with many GF options, and the space and staff are so fun and nurturing that I didn't want to leave the Cape. Do yourself the favour of dining here as often as you can.

Excellent local and organic food. Vegan and gf friendly. They serve gf gnocchi! Bring a nice bottle of wine and enjoy!

This restaurant is a fully organic menu that includes gluten free options as well as vegan. The desserts too! Food options change based on whats in season. DELICIOUS and high quality food for a good price and they do take out. Im sensitive to gluten, not full celiac.
