They offer a GF Trdelnik with al variety of toppings. I’m Coeliac and didn’t have any stomach issues afterwards. I would recommend going here. I don’t know if it’s common here, but we could only pay cash (no card) so be aware of that if you’re planning on going here

i do not think this place is particularly celiac safe, so i would definitely proceed with caution. that being said, i decided to risk it and did not get sick. i kept mine very simple- just a chimney cake with vanilla ice cream. i think it is safer to do minimal toppings for less risk of cc. i’m happy i got to try it and happy i didn’t get sick but probably wouldn’t risk it again tbh.

I wish I was able to buy more than one during my time there.

I read some reviews that this place was the only place in Prague offering a gluten free chimney cake so I had to try it. It’s in Old Town as you approach Charles Bridge. They can do all flavour a GF. I went with apple strudel flavour. They have the GF ones already made up in a separate area in cups, then add the toppings that you want. It’s not an entirely GF place, so there would be some chance of cross contamination, but I was comforted to see that they handled the GF ones separately. I react severely and had no reaction. It was absolutely delicious and the apple was amazing.

The only place to do gluten free chimney cakes! They used a cup and separate the gluten free pastries. I’ve watched them a few times and they use different gloves and equipment each time. Tastes delicious and a must have in Prague!

Went for the GF chimney cakes. They are kept in a separate area, however prepared using the same toppings (therefore cross contamination, as dipped in same sugar as gluten chimney cakes etc.) Did not end up eating here, would be lovely for people less reactive than myself. They do advertise that there may be traces of gluten.

I had a Tredelnik with just whipped cream and strawberries to keep the possible cross-contamination as little as possible and didn’t have any reactions! The dough ingredients are celiac safe but it’s not a dedicated gluten free space. They apparently bake the gluten free ones in the morning and start baking the regular ones after, to keep everything separate. Got mine in a cup also.

They have gluten free chimney cakes!! If your in prague you will see the chimney cakes everywhere and wish you could have one but don’t worry you must come here. Best thing I found my whole time in Prague - GLUTEN FREE CHIMNEYS!!! They make the gluten free ones in a separate area with strict procedures on avoiding cross contamination. Also the gluten-free ones come in a cup vs the regular one that comes in a napkin. All toppings except the brownies were GF. Went back twice - had the pistachio one and the Snickers one.

Gluten free cinnamon chimney cake with whipped cream and fresh strawberries was great. Didn’t taste gf to me which was a nice surprise. Strawberries were high quality. Less than $1 upcharge for gf (20 czk).
