menu marks gluten free food but the items are not actually gluten free. fries ‘crispy’ items in shared fryers and are NOT knowledgeable about their gf menu items. had to be comped because my initial order wasn’t even gluten free and couldn’t even get sauce for spring rolls because the teriyaki sauce was an unlabeled form of soy sauce. the frustrating influx of restaurants adding gf options just to boost sales and cater to fad gf diets is detrimental to people with genuine allergies or celiac. don’t waste your time

Since they moved to Taylor street & changed their menu it has really gone down hill on gluten safety. I ordered wrap & after 2 bites realized it was not gluten free. They were only mildly apologetic. Their granola for the smoothies & bowls is not gluten free.

The Gluten free items are not Celiac friendly! They fry things in the same fryer with everything else and mark the fried things as gf.

Nice place and service was very good. The food was ok. I had the sweet potato hash. I expected the sweet potatoes to be crispy, but they were mushy. No half and half for coffee. Not bad, but not what I expected.

The previous review is incorrect. There is very little that is gluten free, and there are mainly items that are not gluten free. In addition, they were out of salmon, which is the only thing we all wanted. Be sure to pass on the chai, grainy and not much flavor. In addition, they did not have enough staff to take care of us and the other patrons. While on the surface, this sounded like a great place, it was a disappointment. We left to head to another restaurant.

They served me the gluten version of the food even though I had specified gluten free several times. The server and manager did not seem to care and treated it like an annoyance. I got really sick because of this.

I tested the food and was good. Very little of menu contains gluten. I told the. I was celiac and they were extra cautious. I did not like the taste of the flax wrap but I’m still pretty happy because safety comes first.

Our waitress originally told us the tortilla chips were gluten free, but when asked again to confirm she said she was unsure. So with that, we ordered the Reuben wrap that she confirmed was completely gluten free. Tested it with Nima and it came back as “gluten found.” Unfortunate because it looked great!

Healthy, great-tasting GF options and usually has GF desserts available too.

The food was fresh and tasty, lots of dairy free, gluten free options. Relaxed atmosphere. Great spring rolls and even GF desserts to boot. Staff are very pleasant. No tummy problems!

I came during Eclipse weekend, so it was crazy. It is a small mom and pop type restaurant that was Celiac friendly, but the food was a bit bland. It took awhile for service, but that was probably due to the busy weekend from the Eclipse. Once we were served - the waitress was great.

Amazing! I am not vegan and my family is neither gluten free or vegan and we all enjoyed it!! Almost the entire menu is gluten free and the waitress was extremely knowledgeable!

The food tasted great and the server was pleasant and knowledgeable. The noodles for my manicotti were strips of sliced zucchini, not pasta noodles. Sadly, I have a sensitivity to almonds and they primarily use almond milk and flour.

I knew going into this place that it was a vegan restaurant but unfortunately everything I got (though gf- yay) was way too vegan tasting if I can describe it that way. I ordered the flat bread pizza, kale salad, and corn salad. If you are new to vegan food or have never had it before, you will leave believing vegan food is nasty. Which does not have to be the case. I've been vegan for 6 years and this restaurant though clean and celiac friendly was a major let down.

Food great service bad.
So perfect for those of us with food allergies!! The flatbread pizza and lasagna entrees were fabulous and the raw chocolate mousse tart was heavenly. Wish I could eat here every day!!!
It was all so good! It was freeing to know ALL the menu items were GF! I had fun ordering savory items I can't usually order because they are full of dairy like lasagna! I got the sampler plate so I could try as many things as possible. The lasagna was my favorite! The pizza was good too. Many of the dishes were also "raw" or components of them were. HUGE food portions!

Our group of 4 went in not realizing it, but the restaurant menu is entirely GF. We also learned it is raw & vegan. Had I known that, we probably wouldn't have gone - we enjoy relatively healthy, real food, but that's about it. However, we were pleasantly surprised. Even my veggie-averse 4-year-old loved everything. We ended up with many dishes, not realizing how large the portions would be and that there were sides in addition that were included. We tasted about 7 different things and all were excellent and well-received by my carnivore husband, 2 kids and me. Only my 7-year-old daughter needs gluten-free but we all loved lunch. We tried several salads, chips and guacamole, a burrito, a banana "bacon" and almond butter sandwich, and a noodle dish (zucchini, sweet potato, daikon or kelp noodles) with various sauces... I had zucchini noodles with mushroom stroganoff which was excellent. Nothing was as expected but everything exceeded our expectations. Only downside was our server was brand new and needed way more training on the menu.

Excellent salads and raw vegan sandwiches. I love their mushroom nori rolls. I believe this is an entirely gluten free facility. Sharon and her staff are kind and very creative. Everything that comes out of that kitchen is delicious.
