They have Detroit Style pizza, and I have never had a GF Detroit style before this. Apparently they worked on this recipe for 2 years and it was fantastic! The very center of the pizza (first bite) tasted like a GF pizza, then with every bite closer to the crust…it got better and better, tears of joy from this pizza. I’m not from Vegas, but any time I’m in the area, I will go here…and worth the price!

The food tasted great. Laurie/Lori? Our server was phenomenal. I did end up with a headache that meds didn't help with, so I'm thinking cross contamination. Hard to say for sure though as I didn't even think to ask.

The absolute BEST pizza I have ever had. To top it off, my new diet, per my Dr. is gluten free. The pizza last me 3 days, and I had to keep myself from eating it all the time. I plan on many more delicious pizzas from here often. Thank you for catering to my physical needs, Janelle.

The food looks good and the staff was nice, but it was overly greasy and super salty. My stomach did not like it. Also it’s super thick it was not worth it to me.

I had seen so many good reviews and was excited to try Good Pie. I made sure to explain I had celiac and even questioned about the utensils and such while they made it. However I tested it with my Nima and it came back as gluten found. So now I have $25 worth of pizza I can’t eat after being so excited for it.

Best pizza I’ve ever had! The staff asked my sensitivity level 0-10 and then let the rest of the staff know. The owner wanted to provide a pizza for those who are gluten free and he nailed it! It’s a deep dish and full of flavor! Takes about 30min but there is a bar upstairs to hangout while waiting and then you can take the pizza upstairs to eat on the strip.

Amazing deep dish gluten-free pizza! It takes about 30 minutes to make, so I usually call it in on my way there.

Excellent and delicious GF crust! They only have GF crust in deep dish style. This was the first and only time I've ever had GF deep dish pizza on my 23 years of being GF. It was nice to finally have a restaurant-style pizza instead of being overcharged for a frozen Udi's pizza at other restaurants. The staff takes precautions such as washing hands, etc to avoid cross-contamination. Go here, you won't be sorry!

I’m not surprised that their GF crust is award-winning. The pizza was amazing and I feel like I got to have an amazing Vegas experience here without getting sick.

To preface, I don’t have celiac, so a little cross contamination isn’t too terrible for me - but they did warn me that it’s an open kitchen and they can’t 100% guarantee no cross contamination.

HOWEVER, the girl I talked to has Celiac Disease and eats there. Because of that, I’d assume they’d be extremely accommodating to others with celiac as well.

All of their pizza toppings are gluten free except for their meatballs. I’d highly recommend them if you’re looking for delicious GF pizza in Vegas. Super yummy!

This is a small place, but the staff is really on top of good cross-contamination prevention procedures. Open kitchen so I could see them preparing my pie. There was a huge amount of hand washing, they used separate utensils and pans. Really excellent (non-thin crust) pizza with a lovely crispy edge. Friendly, understanding staff. Still feeling great by the next morning.
