Good Vibes "On the River" Restaurant & Bakery

My waitress couldn’t help with any GF options. I almost got a salad but none of their dressings are GF and they didn’t have oil either. I ended up getting the “healthy banana split” and just crossed my fingers that the granola was GF.

There is not a gluten free menu but they have a cauliflower pita they can make their sandwiches with. I had the tuna with the pita and it was very good! Side of fruit. There were also gluten free deserts but I was too full to try. Would go back.
