I ordered a gluten free margarita pizza. Additional $10 but it tasted really good, just like normal wood oven baked pizza

Did not experience any symptoms

They put paper/tray underneath the pizza in the oven

Am I newly diagnosed Celiac and have been taking extra precautions since my diagnosis. Have ate a gluten free pizza here twice with no problems. All the ingredients is gluten free just the dough needs changing. Love their wood oven pizzas and still get that same taste as wheat dough.
