Spoke with owner about their GF options & pretty much the only things in their establishment that isn’t certified GF is their oats & wraps!! Super knowledgeable, as they intentionally designed their menu to have somewhere their celiac family can also eat when they visit. They have locally made GF bagels and bread as well as Udi’s Buns. Their toaster ONLY is used for GF breads.

They have smoothies, smoothie bowls, salads, bf sandwhiches, sandwhiches, grain bowls, and MACAROONS made with almond flour , you can also buy their bags of locally baked bagels/ bread. These guys accommodate not only GF but they are known for their Dairy Free / Vegan options as well! Stop by you will NOT be disappointed!! 😇
