I dined here October 2023 for the Halloween character breakfast. The chef walked me through the whole buffet line explaining everything. He offered up making me gluten free Mickey waffles. I inquired about gluten free breakfast pastries and he did let me know they had a gluten free blueberry muffin option. I feel that if I wouldn’t have directly asked this question, this option wouldn’t have been offered to me. In addition to celiac I also have an unincorporated egg sensitivity, and was surprised that I could enjoy a plant based omelet from the omelet bar. The chef at the omelet station did offer a clean pan and utensils which was nice ! I do feel that this breakfast was expensive (even more due to the Halloween season) and with the limited gf options I don’t feel that it was a good value. It is an extensive buffet however with tons of food options so if you’re traveling with gluten eating family members they will likely enjoy the experience.

The chef walked me through the buffet line and showed me everything I could have plus offered to bring me out dessert specifically due to my sugar sensitivity. The food I had was great, some of my family(not gluten free) got pizza and said it wasn’t wonderful but the salmon and veggies, and plant based stir fry I got were all delicious. And the brownies he brought me were amazing!!

Our reservation had noted there was a gluten allergy at the table and they actually seated us with a gluten intolerant server who was completely aware of my concerns and needs. She arranged for the chef to walk me through the buffet to point out all of the items they could prepare in the back completely gluten free and away from any cross contamination. We were celebrating my birthday as well and she brought out the packaging for the gluten free cookie that they serve as the treat to also ease any worries I could have about that as well.
