Tried this yesterday. I asked them if they would be ok with service to someone with celiac disease. I said it was a SEVER allergy (I know, but that's what people understand). I was a little apprehensive about the arepas, because while they are gluten free, the bread is right beside the toaster and seemed to be shared. I'm also not sure about the cross contamination for the fillings. BUT I tried the salad bowls and it was delicious. I think they made it before? I'm still not sick today and tend to be highly sensitive.

Staff seemed confused when I said I have a gluten allergy. I had to ask them to change their gloves. The toaster oven is shared for the arepas and the sandwiches so cross contamination is very likely. I wouldnt eat here if you have celiac.

All Arepas are gf and staff are knowledgeable about celiac and will change gloves and wipe everything down prior to preparing your food. Quick and cheap with lots of fillings to choose from.

The arepas are GF (and extremely delicious) and staff is helpful/receptive. Never had an issue ordering online or in person.

Been eating here regularly for 3 years now and have never had an issue or reaction! They will change gloves and wipe down surfaces upon request. Great spot for a GF breakfast sandwich.
Yes
Breakfast is only till 11am. However everything looked good. Will try again
This place has GF arepas, which make great breakfast sandwiches! they will change their gloves however they toast them on a shared toaster (rotating ones). The toaster is only to crisp them up as they are already cooked. I'm sure you could skip that part. I haven't had any reactions, but I also have silent celiac so perhaps not the greatest indicator.
