There is a decent selection of GF items on the menu. The sea bass with fennel was delicious, the watermelon tartare well-executed, and the truffle mashed potatoes had an intense flavor. This is a place for people who embrace bold flavors. The setting was lovely but the service was unfortunately very slow. I have no insight into kitchen practices, so I cannot speak to safety.
