Allergens very well listed. Cross contamination is a possibility as there is a lot of serve yourself options. The Deli place has pre packaged gluten free breads and baked goods

Amazing. Everything is labeled. If you are super sensitive they can make you something- but all pasta and sandwiches are prepared in separate water/toaster. I spent a whole week here eating breakfast lunch and dinner daily. It was great! No reactions, no sickness.

The chefs (white coats) are extremely knowledgeable and careful. Speak with them if you have questions, not the staff. The ingredients are posted and they have a dedicated GF prep area for the highly sensitive. There is GF pizza crust, but order in advance

Celiac friendly?

Yes

Spoke with a manager and she directed me to the order forms for gluten free pizzas. Extra care was taken. Fresh sauce cheese and pepperoni and cooked in a separate pan. If you're nervous about it talk to a manager and they will take care of you.
