The owner and head chef, Gordon is gluten free himself. The menu is inspired from experiences he has had with people of different cultures. It is really fusion cuisine at its finest. Almost everything is gluten free. The boulibaise is fantastic. The lemongrass vermouth broth with mussels and clams is heavenly. The fries are sprinkled with furikaki and sinful. Try their sweet potato flatbread with a curried apple and raisin butter. Oh my. Indoor and outdoor seating. This is a small business I will go out of my way to support.
