I wouldn’t recommend visiting during their peak hours to limit cross contamination or mistakes made with ordering. There isn’t a GF menu or items marked in the menu, so ordering may take longer. To reduce CC consider asking for the food prep area to be cleaned & gloves changed.
Rice is confirmed gluten free, hostess checked the rice vinegar. Limited items available to be made GF, avoid eel, eel sauce, ponzu & crab stick. They do have GF soy sauce available. We ordered nigiri, rolls: spicy salmon, yellowtail & green onion, veggie, masago, got 2 & miso soup.
