As soon as I asked for a gf bun, they asked me if I was allergic or it was just a choice. When I asked about the fries, they told me sometimes they have a dedicated fryer and sometimes they don't, so you always have to ask. They were serious about it and kind.
The buns were of the so-good-I-worry-they-aren't-actually-gf sort. I get the skin rash, so I know I wasn't even cross contaminated. I highly recommend this restaurant.
