Review of Gourmet House Japanese Cuisine

Not what I expected - I was thinking cool Japanese restaurant with steak and sushi. It is actually more of a take- out/ sit down joint. Steak sushi, which is unusual. I ordered teriyaki chicken, which was plain rice, broccoli and grilled chicken. I was given GF soy sauce to put on it. It was fine. They use a lot of plastic and styrofoam.. Friendly, and gluten aware, seemingly. I would be careful if ordering California roll or sushi with crab meat - imitation crab meat is loaded with wheat.
