They use gluten free soy sauce that tastes exactly the same. Their food is amazing!

I absolutely love this place! No special GF menu, just tell your server. She brought us GF soy sauce for our sashimi. I liked their portion and bite size of Agedashi tofu cause it fit in my mouth and was easy on the chopsticks. Yummy seaweed salad. I tried the avocado salad for the 1st time and it was divine. They can make GF teriyaki but we did not order it. I usually eat sashimi and Sushi when craving Japanese food. Prices are reasonable.

I have been here several times and eaten the gluten free hibachi dinners with no bad reaction. They don't have gluten free listed on the menu so you have to ask your waiter for it. Once, the hibachi chef tried to cook my meal at the table and although he seemed very knowledgable about using the gluten free soy and other products, he simultaneously used the same cooking utensils for both the gluten and gluten free meals. If you are sensitive to cross-contamination, as I am, you can request they cook your meal in the kitchen.
