Spoke with the hostess and when asked about gluten free procedures, she directed me to the back to speak with the kitchen manager.
Gluten free pizza bases are pre-made and not made in house and made in separate pans. They use clean/separate pizza cutters and do their absolute best to avoid cross contact. GF pizza is only available in 10 inch pizza but they were able/willing to provide fresh ingredients for whatever pizza I ordered.
We ordered the queen margarita and the suprema. Both were delicious and the server was very thorough when ordering.
I’m very sensitive and I did not have a reaction and i was very happy with my experience.

I called and asked how they dealt with cross contamination. They said “we try”. They further specified that there is so much flower around the kitchen that they cannot confirm that something will be gluten free

The pizza is excellent, made from scratch for the non GF people. But the GF pizza was excellent. The GF pizza crust are 10" small size. They offer GF pastas as well. Staff was knowledgeable and even recommended away from the Alfredo and meatballs.

Good GF pizza and pasta options with salads and salad bar as well. The servers are great and there is low staff turnover.
