Went there today on the recommendation from a friend about how GF markings were clearly all over the menu. The wait staff asked me if I was ok with cross contamination, which I am NOT. There were only 2-3 items I could safely eat. I truly appreciate the staff informing me about the cross contamination up front. But I can’t help wondering why they mark something GF that really isn’t. It would be so great if they could have a second fryer for non wheat products. I realize that is an expense for them, but labeling GF when it really isn’t doesn’t make sense. GF marked on the menu.

Fantastic food and they checked with the kitchen multiple times on what was safe. He spoke to the kitchen and the gave me a list a few things that would be celiac safe. The chips are not safe but they offered to bring me warm tortillas. I had the mushroom fajitas! Delicious

There are items listed on the menu as gluten free, but they are not safe for celiac. The first time I went, I was told a few items were safe and not cross contaminated.
The second time I went, the sever told me I could not eat anything on the menu except queso and vegetables.
The service was absolutely terrible because the server didn’t inform me that I couldn’t eat the entree I had ordered until the meals came out, and then she tried to charge me for it.
So either different chefs are willing to do help and some aren’t, or the staff has no idea what they are doing.
If you are not celiac and just avoiding gluten ingredients, you will probably be fine.
