I spoke with pastry chef. They don’t have separate kitchen but are careful about cross contamination. They have canyon bakehouse bread and bagels. I am super sensitive. Celiac. I had the chocolate cookie. It was delicious! I didn’t get sick. Definitely going back to try more! Really great atmosphere! Great experience!
