The manager told me they use separate utensils and a dedicated pan for their pizza. He wasn't familiar with celiac, but did say they're very careful. Because we have non-reactive celiac, there's no way to tell if we've been glutened so I would say they sound very willing to work with people but I would make sure to specify and check out their preparation methods in person.
