While the menu doesn’t denote gluten-free, our waitress, Rachel, was knowledgeable and very helpful. There are some items that are gluten free anyway, and others that can be prepared gluten-free. I had the potato skins and Shrimp and Grits, one of their signature dishes, and both were very good. For your friends who are not gluten-free, my husband had the Seared Tuna and She-Crab soup and thought they were great. I’m always confounded by the fact that it would be so easy to make these soups with corn starch instead of flour, but what can you do besides make the suggestion. This is a low key venue, there’s a small porch that looks out over the inlet. We were happy we gave them a try.
